Evolve X Media provides services under both retainer-based and project-based engagement models. The scope of services, deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined and mutually agreed upon prior to the commencement of any work.

Once services have commenced, all payments are non-refundable and non-cancellable.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Evolve X Media reserves the right to display, publish, and distribute any content created, edited, or produced for clients for portfolio purposes, case studies, website content, and marketing across its owned digital platforms.

Comprehensive terms, including deliverables, timelines, payment schedules, and obligations of both parties, are documented in a formal service agreement provided upon onboarding. Clients are responsible for reviewing and acknowledging the agreement prior to project initiation.
