Retainer services are billed on a monthly basis and are governed by the terms outlined in the executed service agreement.

All deliverables under a retainer must be utilized within the agreed billing period. Unused deliverables do not roll over to subsequent periods unless explicitly stated in the contract.

Evolve X Media also offers project-based services, allowing clients to engage for individual campaigns, content production, or editing requirements without long-term commitments.

All engagements, whether retainer-based or project-based, are finalized through a written agreement prior to the start of services.
